Desert Spoon is native to southern Arizona and is commonly used as an accent plant. The sawtooth leaves are blue-gray with a coarse texture and grow in a lovely rosette shape. It is both heat and drought resistant. Mature plants will occasionally produce cream colored flowers on a long plume-like stalk.
