Brad joined the Gothic team in 2005 as the Las Vegas Branch Controller. He is a graduate from Illinois State University with a degree in Accounting, and received his MBA in 2014. Brad was promoted to Branch Manager in 2022, and will lead the growth and performance of the Las Vegas Construction Division through the dedication of his team to provide extraordinary service. During his free time, Brad enjoys golfing, biking, and hiking with his wife and two sons.

Dave is a graduate of Brigham Young University with a degree in Landscape Management. He holds several industry certifications such as Irrigation Association Certified Irrigation Contractor, Auditor, and Technician, along with specialized certifications in backflow and cross-connection control through the American Water Works Association.

With 18+ years of industry experience, Dave ensures Gothic is up to date with current water supply conditions and is utilizing industry best water management strategies and practices to conserve our water supply and preserve the beauty of our landscapes. Dave enjoys motorsports, boating and spending time with his wife and four children.

Eric is our Corporate office leader.  He has a diverse background in financial leadership positions. He most recently served as CFO of Capstone Green Energy, an innovative player in deploying onsite energy technology systems which is publicly held.  Prior to working at Capstone, he served in various senior finance/leadership roles at InnoVista Sensors, a $600 million company designing and manufacturing sensors, controls and actuators.  His previous experience before InnoVista includes 5 years as the head of financial reporting for THQ Inc., a publisher of games and interactive software, and 7 years in public accounting with RSM, the 5th largest public accounting firm in the US. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from California State University, Long Beach and is a Certified Public Accountant (active) licensed in California. In his free time Eric enjoys playing basketball, hiking, and spending time with his wife and 4 children.

Brett has over 15 years’ experience as a Senior HR Professional, most recently working for Kinkisharyo International.  Successful in creating a positive employee experience, Brett developed and implemented a training development program whereby increasing communication and specializing in coaching, mentorship, interpersonal relationship building, and overall employee management.  He has managed, operated owned his own business giving him insight into the challenges facing regional and branch management.  Brett lives in Valencia with his wife and 3 children. He graduated from California State University Bakersfield with a BS in Business Administration; concentration in Human Resource Management and is Senior Certified HR Professional by SHRM.

Pam started her landscape career working on her Grandpa’s farm in Idaho as a young child, and her love for creating and nurturing green environments grew from there.  She learned the craft of Landscape Architecture at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and after graduating, spent some time in design.  It wasn’t long before the world of construction beckoned and she has spent the last several decades managing and directing 2 different landscape companies in Southern California.  In her free time, she volunteers her time to a Cal Poly Landscape Architecture Advisory committee, serves on her HOA board, and embraces outdoor adventures with her husband and grown children, including white water rafting, desert sports, and wilderness camping.

After graduating from Cal State Northridge with a degree in Business Management, Michael started with Gothic in 2007 in the Maintenance Division in Arizona as a Business Developer. In 2011 he transferred to the Riverside Maintenance Branch where he took on the role of Branch Manager and transitioned into a Regional Sales Manager. In 2014, Michael transferred into the Construction Division in the role of an Account Executive and has advanced to a Sales Manager and most recently was promoted to Branch Manager of Riverside Construction in January of 2020. In his free time, Michael enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife and three daughters.

Ryan is a graduate of St. Ambrose University with degrees in Journalism and Media Communications. With 12+ years of industry experience, Ryan has been involved in all aspects of the industry, including: Sales, Estimating, Marketing and Operations. Ryan will provide strategic planning and managerial oversight to the Maintenance Division to ensure Gothic Landscape continues to grow and expand our client partnerships. Ryan resides in Northern California with his wife, Tia and their 5 boys. Ryan enjoys cycling, hiking, carpentry, and spending time with his family.

Autumn is a native of Southern California and has been in the horticulture industry since 1989. She has been an I.S.A. Certified Arborist since 2009 and also holds her California Qualified Applicator’s License (QAL). Autumn joined the Gothic team in 2018 and leads the Region which includes Orange County, San Diego, and the Inland Empire. She is an active member of her community in Orange County and enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Tony has been with Gothic since 2010 and has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California State University – Chico. In his role as Regional Manager, Tony will drive performance in a region extending from the Santa Clarita Valley west to Ventura County. Tony cares deeply about his employees and is passionate about delivering Gothic’s mission statement to his valued clients. Tony and his wife live in Valencia and enjoy world travel, particularly throughout Europe and the United States.

Marlene is a native of New Zealand and a graduate of Massey University with a degree in Horticultural Science. She started the San Jose Branch in January, 2017 and continues to grow and expand Gothic’s presence in the Bay Area. She specializes in sustainable landscapes for an assortment of commercial property types and leads by utilizing attributes that are integral to New Zealand’s culture: Honesty, integrity, and collaboration. Marlene enjoys hiking, gardening, traveling with her partner of 20 years, and sailing.

Jon is a graduate of California State University in Northridge with degrees in Finance and English and has completed the Management Development Program for Entrepreneurs (MDE) at UCLA. He is a current member of the Cal State Northridge Advisory Board. As CEO, Jon has ultimate responsibility for leading the company toward its strategic goals. Jon and his family are very active in the Santa Clarita Valley community and support several charitable organizations and local schools. Jon resides in Santa Clarita with his wife, Mardi, and together they have three children.

Matt started with Gothic in 1999 and is a Certified Landscape Professional through the Arizona Landscape Contractors Association. Matt was promoted to Branch Manager in 2012 and has led the dynamic growth and performance of the Arizona Region. He has a passion for delivering service and value to his clients and sees growth as a pathway to provide more opportunities for his team members. Matt partners with builders throughout Arizona in several charitable outreaches. In his spare time Matt enjoys camping with his family.

Darrin is a graduate of Cal Poly – San Luis Obispo with a degree in Agricultural Business with a focus on Marketing. Darrin started with Gothic Landscape in 2001 as a Construction Superintendent, worked managerial roles in both sales and operations, and was promoted to California Regional Construction Manager in 2018. In his role, Darrin will provide strategic planning and managerial oversight to the Construction Branches located throughout California. Darrin resides in Riverside, California with his wife, Annette and their children. Darrin’s hobbies are going to Dodgers games and spending time with his family.

Adriana brings more than 20 years of accounting experience, including 15 in the landscape industry, as she leads our accounting team in the Maintenance Division. She is a graduate of Woodbury University in Burbank, CA. with a degree in Business Administration. In her spare time, Adriana loves spending time with her family (husband, two sons, and daughter), traveling, and marathon running.

Matt is responsible for the oversight of all accounting processes to ensure that they are in conformity with established GAAP standards. In addition to compliance, Matt works on streamlining accounting procedures and works closely with other departments to improve processes. Matt’s tenure with Gothic began in 2004, he credits his success to his ability to be flexible in an ever-changing industry. Outside of work, Matt enjoys hiking, camping, weight-lifting, and spending time with his family.

Ronny was born in El Salvador and moved to the USA when he was 14. After graduating from high school, Ronny served his country in the US Navy. Ronny has been in the safety industry since 1998 and joined the Gothic team in 2006. His responsibilities include oversight of the Regional safety teams, managing claims, and driving the culture of safety through the entire company. Ronny has completed numerous OSHA certification programs, the California Workers Compensation Claims Administrator program, and is currently working on the California Workers Compensation Claims Professional designation. In his spare time, Ronny enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, working on classic cars, and traveling abroad.

Karen has a Bachelors degree in history from UC-Berkeley and has held senior administrative roles with prominent national companies. In her role as Director of Business Solutions, Karen focuses on simplifying business processes, improving efficiency, and translating business needs into software solutions. She also provides direct administrative oversight to each of the maintenance Branches throughout the Southwest. In her spare time Karen enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband their three dogs.

With more than 35 years of experience in corporate IT, Dan led the overhaul of Gothic’s information system technology, which created the infrastructure for Gothic to expand for many years to come. His daily job responsibilities include the design, selection, and implementation of our internal and external hardware platforms, along with providing troubleshooting and support for multiple Branch locations throughout the Southwest. Dan enjoys traveling, camping, and outdoor adventures with his wife and daughter.

Nick is a lifelong resident of Southern California and has been with Gothic since 2000. He is a graduate of UCLA and holds several industry certifications including Certified Arborist, Landscape Industry Certified Manager, and Qualified Applicator. In his role, Nick is responsible for making sure that all maintenance Branches have the necessary resources to deliver Gothic’s mission statement by providing clients with the highest quality of service. Nick enjoys boating, surfing, fishing, and spending time with his wife and three children.

Nada is a graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree in horticulture and also earned a master’s degree in plant pathology from the American University of Beirut. A 30-year veteran of the industry, Nada received an achievement award in 2018 from the National Association of Landscape Professionals which recognized her for her many contributions to the landscape industry. As COO, Nada will lead the growth and performance of the Maintenance Division and develop the next generation of Gothic’s leaders through her dedicated style of servant leadership. Nada enjoys painting, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her husband Ray and two children.

Upon graduating from high school, Ron worked and traveled extensively throughout the world. He was the President of a large manufacturing company in Atlanta and has consulted for manufacturing companies in the Midwest and East Coast. Ron rejoined the family business in 1999 and was tasked with starting and growing a maintenance division within Gothic. As CEO, Ron is responsible for the strategic planning of the maintenance division and also sits on the Gothic Board of Directors. In his spare time, Ron loves traveling, poker, and horseracing.
