Master Planned Community
Coyote Springs, NV
Gothic salvaged Cacti and Yucca from the entire site prior to construction.
A portion of the salvaged succulents were transported to a nursery and transplanted for use on a golf course, a detention basin, and future restoration projects on site. In addition, all restoration areas were seeded.

With the challenge of preserving a community of nesting birds, Gothic was able to restore this unique, riparian habitat through a host of applications with a high degree of technical and biological sensitivity which included the draining of ponds, herbicide, Tamarisk removal, salvage of native plants, aquatic planting, and restoration.
